Regional Role – South of UK

Due to an internal promotion, ISS are seeking an experienced Account Manager that’s previously managed Soft FM services, to join one of their growing Key Government Accounts on a permanent basis.

This is a regional role managing over 20 sites across the South of the UK; from Truro up to Norwich.

As the Key Account Manager, you will be required to implement strategic commitments and empower your team to create additional value to the customer. Development of your customer and team relationships are integral to ensuring retention and maximising opportunities for growth.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing leadership to service leads and supervisors and indirectly the operational teams and supply chain
• Implement the account bid commitments and identify continuous improvement opportunities
• Operational and tactical lead and interface to customer representatives
• Direct and deliver highest standards throughout HSEQ performance ensuring compliance at all levels
• Direct and deliver statutory compliance, ensuring compliance at all times
• Responsibility for financial performance including revenue, margin, cash collection, WIP, unbilled and accruals
• Manage account embedded performance in payroll activity
• Ensure required standards are consistently maintained and reported through audit and KPI performance
• Presentation of monthly contractual and operational MI
• Engage with the ISS Operational Performance teams to identify and initiate service improvements
• Promote ISS, develop services and pursue opportunities to grow the business

Key Requirements:

• Experience leading a Soft Services account is essential
• Be willing and flexible to travel
• Solid experience leading and managing a team
• Experience of budgeting, financial management and reporting
• Strong influencer; a natural leader who enjoys having responsibility for others
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain relationships
• IT literate - be confident using PowerPoint
