SHL is seeking a Solution Lead for Talent Management to play a pivotal role in driving the success of SHL’s Talent Management solution. As a Solution Lead you will enable internal teams, support solution strategy, and contribute to the design, pricing, and future enhancements of Talent Management offerings. What You Will Be Doing

  • Deliver training and enablement sessions for internal teams to enhance knowledge and adoption of Talent Management solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of the Talent Management roadmap, aligning it with SHL’s Talent Intelligence strategy.
  • Assist in defining pricing strategies and regional variations to maximise market appeal.
  • Overseeing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Contribute to thought leadership content, including blogs, webinars, and presentations, to establish SHL as an authority in Talent Management.
  • Assist marketing campaigns by identifying target personas and industry segments, ensuring alignment with solution objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance to Sales teams on key commercial opportunities, including pricing guidance, deal structuring, and value articulation.
  • Participate in deal reviews and customer meetings as required to drive solution adoption and win key accounts.

What we are looking for from you:

Essential: 

  • Experience in talent management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of how to head and deliver cross-functional projects
  • Strong awareness of pricing strategies, market positioning, and sales enablement
  • Experience to interpret data, draw insights, and report on solution performance
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication

Desirable

  • Experienced working with diverse teams and managing multiple stakeholders effectively
