Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Therapist at The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa in Bath. The Spa Therapist will be responsible for providing a range of spa treatments, facials, pedicures, and cosmetology services to guests. The day-to-day tasks include delivering exceptional customer service and creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Skills in Cosmetology, Facials & Massage
• Expertise in Spa Treatments
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Relevant certification or qualification in spa therapy
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience in a luxury spa or hospitality setting is a plus
