Job purpose
To support the Global Recruitment Team (GRT) to build and maintain relationships with education sponsors to build recruitment pipeline to key OIEG products across our UK Partnerships, UK Direct and UK EFL division. The role requires a candidate with extensive experience working with sponsors across the world, with a primary focus on the Middle East. The role will be responsible for establishing relationships with sponsors, engaging with key contacts in region to support building and converting a recruitment pipeline of sponsored students, and fulfilling reporting requirements for these sponsors with our university partners to ensure we offer and maintain a superior level of service. The successful candidate will be required to become an expert on our current UK product portfolio, and to support with the strategic development of this portfolio moving forward related to growing our sponsored student pipeline.
This new role plays an integral part of a highly successful team in the University Partnerships Division which includes Admissions, Central Marketing and College Operations.
Main duties and responsibilities
Establish relationships with key sponsors from around the world with the intention of having funded students join OIEG’s UK product portfolio. This will require working with team members across the GRT and the wider OIEG team.
Work with our UK and regional teams to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to build and convert a recruitment pipeline from our key sponsors
Establish and maintain an effective reporting strategy with our College and University partners to ensure we not only meet our sponsor needs, but provide a superior level of service to our sponsors and the agents working with them
Monitor the progress of our sponsorship projects and support the Partnerships and Product Sales Director to provide regular updates for OIEG stakeholders.
Contribute as required to work on market research, remodelling existing services, service delivery model development and on implementing successful strategies across the sponsor market regions.
Deliver results consistent with expectations, on time and in line with forecasts.
Undertake regular travel as required to meet the requirements of the role.
