We are looking for a Stakeholder & Social Value Manager to join our team on a 9-month basis as maternity cover. This role is crucial in delivering social value community initiatives and stakeholder engagement in the South West. Your work will have a significant impact on the community, enhancing customer satisfaction and promoting social value.

What you'll be working on…
- Develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Parish Councils, landholders, residents, and community groups.
- Implement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement, and promote social value.
- Coordinate and manage public information events, handling complaints and inquiries, and advocating for equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI).
- Lead community investment initiatives, build brand awareness, and ensure financial accountability.
- Produce and implement the Scheme Customer & Stakeholder Plan and scheme Social Media Plan.
- Engage with local schools, colleges, and universities for STEM activities.
- Coordinate charitable contributions and support community initiatives.
- Prepare and submit reports related to social value outcomes and EDI commitments.
