Dr Barbara Sturm is seeking a Store Design & Visual Merchandise Project Manager who will work as an integral part of our in-house SDVM team supporting and streamlining the execution of new store design projects and marketing campaigns. They will lead in the project management of all SDVM projects coordinating across multiple global functions whilst working directly with our markets to ensure correct and accurate briefing on projects and deliver efficient and clear guidelines in return.
Reporting directly to the Global Retail Design & VM Director, they will be responsible for for ensuring a smooth flow of projects, identifying the deliverables and utilizing internal and external resources to aid the design team whilst ensuring all relevant global teams are included and up to date.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in store build and VM project management along with strong organizational skills, mature and clear communication style. The should have incredibly strong interpersonal skills and show agility to pivot when needed.

What you'll get to doStakeholder Communications:
Ensuring the markets are equipped to accurately brief in any retail project within a timely manner and through the correct platforms.
Liaising across global functions for the alignment and approval of project briefs.
Act as the main point of contact between markets and SDVM team.
Ensuring all status updates and required market/ supplier meetings are scheduled with the relevant stakeholders.
Ensuring project deliverables are shared with the correct regional/ market teams.
Ensuring the Global Retail Design & VM Director is always up to date on all team deliverables and project status'.
Traffic and Work Flow Management:
Utilising our inhouse project management platforms to prioritise and monitor projects.
Owning the SDVM weekly team meetings to ensure a shared understanding of key deliverables and requirements needed.
Ensuring correct resource allocation is in place and flagging when there is a potential risk in a timely manner.
Ensuring retail projects span across the relevant creative/ global teams where needed. Responsible for sourcing specific assets from the wider creative team and sharing clarity on commercial requirements with business development and retail teams.
Team Operations:
Supporting the SDVM team in all logistical requirements including PO management, supplier management and shipping needs.
Ensuring the team are clear on deliverables and that they are aligned to the brand strategic priorities.
Ensuring any required cross department meetings are scheduled with the relevant stakeholders in attendance.
Utilising the wider Puig community and building relationships with the corporate team for the benefits for DBS projects.
Process Management:
Establishing project timeline guidelines for all SD & VM projects with the markets for shared understanding.
Working with our other creative PM leads to establish correct processes required for asset briefing and sharing.
Flagging potential pinch points and identifying solutions to resolve, with the ability to implement and assess.
