We are looking for a creative, ambitious CRM Strategist who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited to work directly with clients on impactful marketing strategies. As a core part of the CRM team, this role provides the opportunity to help shape and execute multi-channel marketing frameworks with a variety of clients across different industries. You will work closely with clients to create strategies that engage their customers through multiple touchpoints—including email, SMS, push notifications, mobile, and retargeting—to drive meaningful results.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, ensuring clear and ongoing communication.
Collaborate with clients to develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM marketing frameworks based on customer behavior and business goals.
Craft and manage customer touchpoints via email, SMS, push notifications, and retargeting, ensuring all activities align with client objectives.
Provide onboarding support for clients to Optimove's proprietary email services, offering training, sharing best practices, and strategic advice.
Manage various systems for seamless campaign execution, tracking, and optimization.
Interpret data and analyze campaign results to continuously improve ROI and customer engagement.
Surface data-driven insights, employing an iterative testing approach to refine campaigns, content, and segmentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
2-3 years of experience in an agency setting, working directly with clients on multi-channel marketing strategies.
Proven experience in characterization, developing and presenting marketing strategies across email, SMS, mobile and more
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on process improvement.
Proficient in Excel; basic understanding of HTML and Photoshop is a plus.
Adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Team player with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Knowledge of brief and content creation processes is a plus.
