As an Integrated Services Coordinator you will provide support on all Subsea Installation, Commissioning, Intervention and Abandonment activities. Management & Maintenance planning of client owned and/or rental installation tooling and associated equipment.
As an Integrated Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with the Projects, Aftermarket and Engineering Departments to co-ordinate storage, maintenance, refurbishment and re-certification and ensure such equipment is prepared and fully fit for purpose
- Liaising with the Offshore Services Department for the allocation of Service personnel for installation activities
- Participating in pre-job briefings and post-job de-briefings with Field Service Manager and Field Service Engineers. Provision of technical support to Field Service Engineers
- Knowledge & experience relating to conventional subsea equipment such as vertical Xmas trees, EDP/LRPs, THROTs & Surface Test Trees is highly advantageous.
- Promoting Baker Hughes and Customer Safety Policy and Procedures. Liaise with relevant Departments to ensure that all appropriate personnel are aware of Operator requirements for Toolbox Talks and Risk Assessments
- Producing activity forecasts and reports, prepare and update client specific reports and prepare departmental reports
- Handling initial client enquiry, scope clarity and project planning
- Supporting in ITO (Inquiry to Order) processes to produce accurate client quotations, variation orders for reimbursable work, and assist to manage budget & cost reviews
- Creating rental tooling forecasts and requirements, defining appropriate tooling relevant to the customer operation
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have experience in a Subsea environment, either offshore or onshore in a technical capacity.
- Ideally have knowledge & experience relating to conventional subsea equipment such as vertical xmas trees, EDP/LRPs, THROTs & Surface Test Trees.
- Have technical knowledge of engineering drawings / API codes / PRPs.
- Prior experience leading teams and mentoring others.
- Driving license in order to travel to different work sites.
