Your Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Supply Chain Oversight: Manage the seamless flow of goods, from supplier sourcing to customer delivery, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and cost control
- Procurement Excellence: Lead supplier contract negotiations, secure favourable terms, and maintain strategic vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
- Inventory Optimisation: Oversee inventory planning, ensuring the balance between stock availability and storage efficiency
- Supplier Collaboration: Develop partnerships with key suppliers to drive innovation, reduce costs, and enhance service levels
- Operational Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to streamline procurement and logistics operations
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all supply chain processes meet legal, regulatory, and health & safety standards
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
