YOUR ROLE

Are you ready to load up on knowledge, stack up your skills and unbox a career with endless potential? We’re looking for a Warehouse Degree Apprentice to join our team based in Kettering, where you’ll gain hands-on experience while working towards your degree.

As a Warehouse Degree Apprentice, you’ll be involved in every part of the operation – from stock management to logistics. You’ll be sorting through challenges, picking up new skills and gaining the knowledge you need to pack your career with success!

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Throughout your 4-year Degree Apprenticeship you will gain knowledge, hands on experience and exposure to all areas of a warehousing operation such as goods in, administration, outbound and operational excellence. All your experience on the job will play a key part in evidencing your knowledge, skills and behaviors required as part of your degree.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an individual who is driven, hungry to learn and self-motivated, someone who can work alone or as part of a team and is ready to take on a new challenge! After all, the sky’s the limit!

In order to be accepted onto the apprenticeship, you must have achieved a minimum of 2 GCSE’s grade C/4 or above in Maths and English and have a minimum of 3 A Levels.
