Our Support Worker role is an integral part of team, ensuring the people we support can live as independently as possible within their own home and their wider community. The type of care you provide will be tailored to the needs of the individual. It is an incredibly varied and rewarding role as you will be helping people in your area to improve their quality of life, achieve their goals and make a very real and positive difference.
This role will see you provide support with:
Meal preparation and planning
Domestic duties
Mental Wellbeing
Personal care
Hobbies, activities and events
And much more!
Our service in Wroxham involves working long shifts through out the day, either 12 or 14 hour shifts between the hours of 8am-10pm. Please note sleep in’s may also be linked to this role.
