Here at Lifeways in Worcester we are looking for Support Workers to join our fantastic team. Ideally you will have previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant. If you are new to care but have a passion for helping others lead their most independent lives, then Lifeways can offer you excellent training and ongoing support to enable you to enjoy a rewarding career with us.

In this role you will be supporting 3 people in their own homes, helping with shopping, meals out, cleaning and meal prep. This role does not involve any personal care or manual handling. A driver is preferable but homes are close together and can walk between.
