School First Aider and Administrator required ASAP

Mon-Fri 35 hours per week – Hours 8.30 am to 4.30 pm

Term time + INSET = 39 weeks

Salary Sc4N (pts 8 – 10) £31,434 - £32,346 per annum,

Actual pro rata salary £27,156 - £27,944 per annum

Sydenham School is seeking to appoint a confident, caring and organised person to join our team in the role of School First Aider and Administrator. This role will require applicants to assess the medical and welfare needs of students including staff and administer front-line First Aid. The successful candidate will ensure that students with ongoing medical needs are supported in school in line with their Individual Health Care Plans, administer approved medication to students and maintain records and reports, including those for statutory requirements.

You will be a customer-focused person who enjoys working with students and teenagers as you are the first point of contact for students requiring first aid support. You will have the ability to be flexible in responding to a range of diverse demands. Alongside this, you will have excellent organisational and communication skills as well as a capable and experienced Administrator.
