The role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated “Systems Administrator (ERP)” to join our team and play a critical role in optimizing our enterprise resource planning system, CSB (comparable to SAP). This position offers an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a vital system and become the in-house expert, driving efficiency and improvement across our operations.
You will be working as part of the Factory Production team and interactions with many different teams within Kendal Nutricare including quality and production as well as with potential co -packers will be required.
What you’ll be doing:
System Administration:
- Manage and maintain the CSB system, including user accounts, security roles, and system configuration.
- Perform regular system checks and backups to ensure data integrity and system availability.
- Troubleshoot system errors and resolve user issues in a timely manner.
- Implement and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
System Optimisation:
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness through CSB.
- Collaborate with various departments (raw material inbound, planning, sales, finance, and production) to understand their needs and translate them into system solutions.
- Develop and implement custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators.
- Stay informed about CSB updates and new features, evaluating and implementing relevant enhancements.
Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to end-users on CSB functionality and best practices.
- Develop and deliver training materials and conduct regular training sessions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all CSB related queries and issues.

What we’d like you to have:
- Bachelor's degree or comparable Qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience with ERP systems, preferably with hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of ERP principles and best practices, ideally with experience in a system comparable to SAP.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users at all levels of the organisation.
