ABOUT THE ROLE
This full time (35hrs a week), London based Systems Developer role is a newly created position to join our IT Solutions Team within the IT & Security Department. Reporting into the Director of IT, you will be able to demonstrate a good level of previous experience of working in a commercial environment.
As a Systems Developer, you will work closely with our Senior Systems Developer/Technical Compliance Manager. As an ISO27001 certified firm, all our in-house development projects must be managed and must meet both strict technical compliance development procedures and change management standards.
The role will involve the development of new and existing internal/client solutions, as well as internal bespoke automation and integration projects.

This will be with the Director of IT and our Senior Systems Developer and be a technical interview. to explore your expertise. You will also be able to find out more about the role and how it aligns to your career goals.

2nd interview (in person at our London office)
At this stage, you will get the opportunity to meet the Recruitment Manager and Programme Manager. This interview will cover some behavioural/competency based questions aligned to the role. This is also a good opportunity to ask any final questions you may have about the IT team or the firm.

Offer of employment
If you are successful and accept our offer of employment, we will submit your details to our background screening company (Giant), who will conduct a series of background checks. Once these have been completed and we have separately validated your proof of right to work in the UK, a start date can be agreed, and your onboarding schedule can be planned.
