Job Title: Systems Engagement and Improvement Lead – Adult Services Transformation and Improvement
Hours: Full Time (36 hours)

Salary: £44,070-£47,745 per annum depending on experience.
Location: Bromley Civic Centre/ Flexible working
Adult Social Care is on the threshold of momentous change as we transform how its delivered, employing innovative ways of using new technology to help people enjoy being in their own homes for longer.
The Council has teamed up with the Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) to work through the possibilities and practicalities of where a digital approach and assistive technology can take the Council and its partners’ services to the next level and benefit the Borough’s ageing population.
We will be exploring ways of using technology to support our staff and make life better and simpler for our residents. The aim is to modernise our social care offer based upon a model of support that encourages independence and allows residents, if they are able, to do things for themselves.
We are currently recruiting for a range of roles within Adult Services Transformation and Improvement, in support of our ambitious Transforming Bromley programme.
About The Role
Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual looking to make a significant impact in the realm of project management? We are currently seeking a skilled Systems Engagement and Improvement Lead to join our team and play a key role in supporting the Councils transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities
- As a Systems Engagement and Improvement Lead, you will be an integral part of the Adult Services Transformation and Improvement Programme. You will lead the operational improvement of Adult Social Care’s case management system, Liquidlogic, in line with the Council’s statutory duties.
- You will plan, deliver, and review all training to enhance system usage and good practice for Adult Services staff and partners.
- We are in the process of momentous change, and you will be at the forefront of it by analysing data to identify areas for improvement, support demand management and service development.
You should be proficient in using and managing social care management systems, particularly Liquidlogic, have an initiative-taking mindset, strong organisational skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment. You will have excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams. But mostly you must be willing and ready to contribute to the success of our organisation's transformative journey, be a part of shaping our future!
