Teaching Assistant (SEN Provision)

Penbridge School is seeking a Teaching Assistant to work primarily within the inclusion centre, Rainbow Fish, and across the Infants and Juniors sites

The role requires a relevant Level 2 or higher childcare qualification, good communication skills, and excellent literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE or equivalent, Grade 4/C or above)

Experience in providing SEN support in a primary school is desirable but not essential

The salary is competitive with performance-related pay and benefits including pension scheme membership, training opportunities, and staff wellbeing programs

Duties include providing teaching and learning support, coaching children individually or in groups, inspiring and motivating students, and participating in the Walking Bus between school sites
