We have a great opportunity for a Team Manager to join our Retrofit team as part of our wider Property Services department.

The Role
As a Team Manager for the Projects team you will assist and support the successful delivery of NCHA planned projects programme. You will deliver an outstanding customer focused service, in line with NCHA’s vision, of “More Homes, Great Services, Better Lives” our “Value for Money Strategy” and “Environmental Sustainability Strategy”.

Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is required for this role. This role is eligible for essential car user allowance.
Hours and location
This role offers flexible hybrid working, with 35hrs per week worked between 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday. The central office for this role is based in Clifton, Nottingham.
