This role represents a great opportunity to join our Technical Connection department as a Technical Connection Adviser. Working as part of a team, you’ll provide our SJP Partnership of financial advisors with high quality support regarding Tax, Trusts, Protection and Investments.

You may be a financial advisor or paraplanner early in your career and looking to further develop your experience within a leading, reputable FTSE100 financial services organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll provide technical support to the Partnership regarding Pensions, Tax, Trusts, Protection and Investments.
• Support the SJP Partnership (financial advisors) with the Investments Advice Guidance Framework.
• Accurately resolve technical queries received via Live Chat, phone, email, ASK and any other digital media, adhering to agreed standards and service levels.
• Support the delivery of core service as required by the operation within agreed service levels.
• You’ll take personal responsibility for improving own technical knowledge, SJP product/process/system knowledge as well as service skills.
• You’ll takes responsibility for achieving the quality assurance targets set within the requirements of the QA framework in place.
  
  

Who we’re looking for:

• Ideally, you’ll be qualified to Level 4 QCF or equivalent eg. Cii Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (however we would consider candidates working towards Level 4 qualification).
• Experience of working in a fast-paced technical query resolution environment.
• You’ll develop good knowledge of all products/services/systems offered through completion of internal accreditation licences.
• Able to competently convey technical information through Live Chat/calls/email/Techlink and any other digital media to ensure comprehension by intended audience.
• Ability to understand and analyse the full extent of technical queries and provide appropriate answers/solutions.
