We have an opportunity to join a rapidly growing, high-impact team in Adobe Consulting as a
Technical Architect for the EMEA region. This senior-level role is ideal for a proactive and experienced individual who thrives in delivering world-class solutions to our global customers.
What You’ll Do:
You will play a pivotal role in leading technical engagements, shaping customer architectures, and driving transformative business outcomes. Beyond project execution, you'll mentor and guide a high-performing team, ensuring knowledge transfer and consistent development of best practices. This position demands a strategic perspective, hands-on expertise, and a collaborative approach to solving complex technical challenges.
The role will centre around:
Customer Architecture Leadership
- Serve as the trusted advisor for customer’s end-to-end architecture, focusing on the integration of Adobe solutions with their broader technology stack.
- Conduct comprehensive architectural reviews to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation across creative, marketing, and operational workflows.
- Design scalable, extensible solutions leveraging Adobe APIs, SDKs, and cloud products tailored to specific customer needs.
Technical Expertise and Delivery Excellence
- Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Adobe Firefly, Photoshop APIs, Express SDK, and other related Adobe solutions.
- Develop and deliver robust technical frameworks, integration blueprints, and architectural roadmaps that enable customers to achieve their long-term strategic goals.
- Facilitate the seamless integration of Adobe tools into existing creative workflows and broader Martech/Adtech ecosystems.
- Create advanced proof-of-concepts and low/no-code prototypes to validate ideas, engage stakeholders, and drive solution adoption.
Team Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing
- Act as a thought leader within the team, sharing insights on cutting-edge technologies, industry trends, and Adobe’s evolving capabilities.
- Mentor junior architects and consultants, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth.
- Establish and promote best practices for solution design, development, and documentation across engagements.
Strategic Collaboration
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Sales, and Customer Success, to align Adobe’s offerings with customer needs.
- Engage with customer executives and stakeholders to articulate technical concepts and translate business challenges into innovative solutions.
- Advocate for customer-centric enhancements to Adobe’s products based on real-world insights and experiences.
What You Need to Succeed:
Experience And Technical Expertise
- Proven experience in a senior technical role designing, implementing, and managing API integrations and digital transformation projects within enterprise environments.
- Proven expertise in end-to-end architecture design, including integration of creative tools and content management systems (CMS).
- Strong development skills with technologies like Node.js, React.js, and JavaScript, alongside experience with tools like Microsoft Power Automate.
- Deep understanding of creative workflows, Martech/Adtech ecosystems, and enterprise-scale software solutions.
Leadership and Mentorship
- Demonstrated ability to mentor team members, lead technical discussions, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- A track record of successfully managing multiple customer engagements while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Strategic And Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a passion for designing pioneering solutions that challenge the status quo.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, able to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives.
Collaboration and Adaptability
- A proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving, with the ability to navigate and lead in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Innovative mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement and embracing new technologies.
