This role will focus on:

You will play a pivotal role in updating our market-leading technical communications for a global audience. Collaborating with the Compliance team, Operational Engineering, and the Technical Services Manager to develop and refine instructional and technical content throughout the product lifecycle. Your contributions will include creating manuals, technical data sheets, and bulletins, with exciting opportunities to assist in the creation of technical illustrations. You will engage in regular on-site collaboration at our Cardrew site.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and update technical documentation including manuals, data sheets, and bulletins.
• Ensure technical documents are accurate, clear and adhere to controlled processes.
• Manage external translation service providers.
• Maintain updates for released products.
• Assist in creating technical illustrations and datasheets.
• Support project work and manage technical literature master library.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience in creating technical communications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, project management, and reporting skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Experience in collaborating with teams, including our overseas offices.
• Knowledge of single-source publishing software and technical illustration skills are advantageous.
• Experience in writing for a global market and managing translation processes would be beneficial.
• Strong data control and analytical skills.
• Understanding of compliance and interpretation or rules is beneficial.
