Join our dynamic team at MSX International as a Technical Support Agent!
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Agent to join our team at MSX International. In this role, you will support our dealers' network by providing professional technical advice and solutions. Your efforts will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and improving the vehicle ownership experience.
The Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying root causes and main technical or diagnostic issues.
- Providing accurate technical assistance and diagnostic direction.
- Managing inbound and outbound calls related to open cases.
- Ensuring end-to-end case resolutions, including escalation if needed.
- Recording and updating case information.
- Communicating product issues and escalating recurring concerns.
- Reporting unresolved issues not yet published in manuals.
- Supporting non-technical agents and monitoring performance KPIs.
Competencies – Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical, electrical, and computer systems.
- Proficiency with diagnostic and repair tools.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication (only english)
- Customer-oriented and team player.
- Organized and diligent.
Experiences:
- Senior or master technician experience is essential!
Qualifications:
- Technical college level or equivalent experience.
- Automotive certification for defined regions (e.g., ASE in the US).
