Telephone Account Manager - Commercial

Location: Remote/Homebased


As the UK’s favourite property platform, Rightmove aims to give everyone the belief that they can make their move. To help us achieve this, we’re looking for a Telephone Account Manager in our Commercial business unit.


Overview

An exciting opportunity has emerged to join our account management team, offering guidance, demonstrating return on investment, and providing value to a range of customers. You will be working as part of our Account Management team and work with a variety of other internal teams at Rightmove. You will be a key member in ensuring customers’ experience is valuable, easy and successful.

What you’ll be doing

  • Build Lasting Relationships: Reach out proactively to our high-volume account base via phone and video to establish, strengthen, and maintain customer relationships.
  • Understand & Support: Dive into clients' needs, delivering targeted training to help them maximise their potential and enhance our partnership.
  • Add Value with Data: Use internal tools to interpret and explain performance data, demonstrating clear ROI and helping customers succeed.
  • Hit the Mark: Consistently meet weekly KPIs - like call metrics, quarterly engagement, revenue growth, and retention targets.
  • Deliver New Initiatives: Introduce customers to the latest Rightmove campaigns and initiatives, keeping them engaged and informed.
  • Collaborate & Connect: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and strengthen our internal network.
  • Share Insights: Regularly share what you learn with colleagues and stakeholders to enhance our service and refine our products.
  • Build Positive Momentum: Continuously create a positive experience and build value in every interaction with our customers.
  • Stay Organised: Keep all customer information up-to-date in our databases and CRMs.
  • Engage New Prospects: Respond to new leads, providing the right information after understanding their business.
  • Stay Connected: Attend in-person conferences and team meetings at least five times a year.
