TENANT SUPPORT VOLUNTEER
We’re looking for an organised and motivated individual to support our team in resolving tenant issues related to property disrepair and damp and mould issues.
You’ll be someone who can communicate with different people and work well with internal and external stakeholders. With good ICT skills you’ll be able to work on your own initiative dealing with enquiries as they arise.
If you have a strong understanding of customer service principles with a commitment to improving service delivery, and a willingness to learn, this voluntary position could be just what you are looking for.
