Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Job Purpose:
To ensure that Huntleigh Healthcare is professionally represented in the diagnostics marketplace covering Secondary care and when required Primary Care.The product range encompasses our Obstetric Team3 CTG monitoring range plus Sonicaid dopplers and the Dopplex Vascular doppler portfolio. To ensure that all targets for sales, placements and visit activity are exceeded. To ensure that all relevant information is fed back to the company and all appropriate data is recorded according to company systems. The role is a mixture of Key Account Management and Key Prospect Management. The role will also encompass delivering training directly to the Health Care professionals in small and large groups.
Functions: To sell the Huntleigh Products building excellent relationships with our customers and distributors.
Product Range:
Obstetrics – Huntleigh Foetal Monitoring range - Team 3 CTG monitors, FTS3 Telemetry, Dopplers. (Secondary care – Electrical & Biomedical Engineering, Foetal Monitoring Leads, Head of Midwifery, Foetal Surveillance Midwife, IT Midwife and Obstertic Consultants.)
Vascular - Huntleigh product range – Dopplers, probes, ABI & TBPI kits, Ability , DIOP. (Secondary Care Theatres, Vascular Consultants, Theatre Managers, Diabetes Departments, Tissue Viability and Podiatry, Primary Care – Podiatrists, Tissue Viability, District Nurses plus ICB policy decision makers)
Patient Monitoring – Huntleigh Smartsigns range – SC300 / SC500
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales targets:
- Ensure that sales targets across the above product ranges are achieved.
- To meet with, and sell to all key decision makers covering Economic, User, Technical influencers.
- Network within customer organisations to ensure preference for Huntleigh brand.
Demonstrations:
- These are conducted in line with the demonstration criteria and documentation process.
Visit analysis:
- Ensure visit analysis targets are met in terms of both calls per day and product % split.
- All departments are visited within each secondary care site and sites are visited at the required frequency via a flexible journey plan.
Key Prospect Management:
- Maintain up to date records for all Key Prospects.
- To develop and maintain a complete understanding of the decision making and purchasing processes involved.
- To perform all agreed actions within the time scale agreed with the NSM.
Monthly report:
- To be delivered to National Sales Manager by 2nd of each month at the latest.
Salesforce.com:
- Ensure that customer records are kept up to date at all times, quotations for capital equipment, asset registers are uploaded.
Company Equipment/Car:
- Ensure that all company equipment, including car is kept in a clean, well maintained condition.
Company image building:
- Appearance, dress and manner should be such as to improve or re-inforce the company quality image at all times
Meetings & Exhibitions:
- Attend all meetings as required by the company, maintaining a highly professional manner and appearance throughout.
- Following up any leads as appropriate.
IT / Excell:
- Ability to arrange, change and utilise all video call mediums to the required standard.
- Filter, fill in and amend excel boxes with test.
KOL Development:
- Build a network of “Champions” for each product category within your territory.
Quality System Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
- Able to present to large groups, question effectively to establish needs and match to Huntleigh product benefits.
- Minimum 5 Years sales experience is essential
- Strong organizational and administrative skills are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Knowledge of PowerBI is advantageous, but not essential.
- Medical knowledge is preferred, but not essential.
- MIA / Intellicentics qualification preferred, but not essential.
Education:
- Scientific qualification preferably at A Level and above, Mathematics & English Language.
Personal Qualities:
- Ability to use one’s initiative, demonstrate curiosity.
- Demonstrate a high level of organisation and planning.
- Have a high level of customer service, professionalism and compassion for others and confidently handle difficult customer conversations.
- Must possess excellent communications skills and be able to clearly communicate at all levels.
- Ability to take ownership for tasks and take responsibility for issues, self-development as required.
- Must have an excellent eye for details and accuracy
- Ability to react quickly to changing requirements

- UK Requirements Eligibility to work in the UK (Essential)
