Test Manager (Payments)

Job Description:

• Test Manager with 12+ years of software testing experience, specifically in Payments domain and systems within the banking sector
• Strong expertise in SWIFT messaging, PCI DSS, Bottomline, BACS, CHAPS, FPS, CHIPS and the UK payment protocols
• Experience in MT to MX conversion (ISO 20022) Testing
• Test planning, Test Strategy preparation, Defect management, Stakeholder management and Functional, NFR test co-ordination
• Proven leadership experience in managing testing teams focused on Functional, Integration, and NFR Testing
• Good communication skills and good stakeholder management skills
• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium ), API Testing tool (Postman/Rest Assured).
• Understanding of banking applications and financial regulations
