SRT Marine Systems plc (SRT) is a fast-growing and ambitious company headquartered in Bath, UK, making a global impact in the marine domain. We work with large national government agencies worldwide such as Coast Guards and national fishing ministries, helping them tackle the significant challenge of transforming their organizations through the integrated digital systems we provide.
Our dedicated CTC (Conops, Training, Coaching) team specializes in guiding customers through this complex transition. These initiatives are typically long-term, phased projects spanning several years, designed to ensure our customers fully realize the benefits of our systems.
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Senior Manager to lead and organize our CTC team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and managing customized transition strategies tailored to each customer’s unique requirements. Your team will include adoption specialists, trainers, and customer success professionals, all working together to support our customers in achieving their transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Design and manage the overarching framework for the CTC program, tailoring it to meet customer-specific needs.
- Training Coordination: Collaborate with trainers and specialists to ensure the timely and effective delivery of customized training courses.
- Operational Planning: Develop detailed schedules and action plans for training and coaching initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer timelines and objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, and external partners to organize resources and logistics for successful program execution.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor the effectiveness of training and coaching programs, implementing improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Team Leadership: Manage and support a multidisciplinary team of trainers, adoption specialists, and customer success managers to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience of creating largescale training syllabuses.
- Proven experience in organizing and managing large-scale training programs.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration across teams.
- A strategic thinker who can align program frameworks with organizational and customer goals.
- Practical understanding of operational concepts and training methodologies is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally if required to support your team members.
- Knowledge and or interest in of maritime domain awareness and surveillance would be a benefit.
This hybrid role requires in person attendance at our Bristol office at least three days a week.
