We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Validator to join our Training and HR team in Westerleigh.

You will be a key member of the site HR team providing a proactive, effective, engaging service to the site and all key stakeholders. Ensuring the site is compliant with the mandatory off the job training requirements of the Pilgrim’s Technical, SHE & Engineering Training Matrices & site customers codes of Practice

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be (but Not Limited To)

• Provide ‘on the job’ training and validation of competency to all employees
• Provide coaching to achieve compliance
• Hold and attend meetings with Key Stakeholders to plan training and escalate concerns
• Delivery of training ‘on the job’ and in a classroom scenario
• Become a ‘champion’ of all existing and future training activities
• Identify language and learning barriers to training
• Assist in the design and delivery of all SOP’s and SSOW’s
• Maintain accurate and up to date records of all activities in the learning platform
• Take a continuous improvement approach to all activities and ensure that all Quality; Health & Safety and Hygiene standards are met
• Follow all relevant company processes and procedures relating to the training budget expenditure and monitor expenditure within budget
• Ensure that training rooms and resources are maintained in good professional order
• Proactively share good practice, new approaches and learning from audits with other Training Coordinators and Training Compliance Manager
