Transfer Pricing - Alternative Asset Management

Miryco Consultants is working with a leading Alternative Asset Management firm in London to fill a Transfer Pricing role.

In this role, you will manage and implement transfer pricing policies, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external advisors to mitigate risks and optimise the firm’s transfer pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement transfer pricing policies and documentation in line with global tax regulations.
• Advise on structuring intercompany transactions and ensure arm’s length compliance.
• Collaborate on transfer pricing audits, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
• Standardize and automate transfer pricing processes to improve efficiency.
• Stay updated on global tax changes and implement best practices.
• Support intercompany agreements and financial adjustments to ensure seamless tax reporting.

Qualifications:

• Qualified tax professional (ACA, CA, LLM, CTA, or equivalent).
• 10+ years of transfer pricing experience, preferably in financial services or a global firm.
• Strong knowledge of transfer pricing compliance, policy, and audit defense.
• Experience with value chain analysis and ERP systems.
• Ability to explain complex tax concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working across multiple time zones and geographies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain transfer pricing documentation and policies.
• Advise on cross-border transactions and intra-group arrangements.
• Coordinate transfer pricing audits, disputes, and regulatory compliance.
• Stay updated on global tax changes and best practices.
