Role Description
As a key member of the programme team, reporting to the Business Process Lead, you will contribute to the transformation programme for a UK-based pharmacy retailer. This role provides exposure to various business and IT teams, offering an opportunity to gain valuable project and programme management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure data readiness.
- Contribute to the creation of training content.
- Collaborate with Business, IT, and process experts during testing and cutover phases through to go-live and hypercare.
- Work exclusively on the Orion programme until the successful completion of the first phase.
- Gain experience across the wider business while partnering with programme colleagues to deliver desired outcomes.
Key Skills/Knowledge/Experience
- Expertise in end-to-end procurement processes for Goods (GNFR - Indirect Procurement).
- Strong knowledge of SAP S4 HANA, including the latest technology and functionality.
- Procurement or buying experience.
- Experience in process and systems change projects, representing business needs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues to non-technical stakeholders and build strong business relationships.
- Ability to shift between big-picture thinking and detailed execution to ensure the solution meets business objectives.
- Experience in delivering significant business change.
