Who are you?
We are looking for a Transformation Ops Lead to join our growing Tx team at DrDoctor. This is a great opportunity for someone who to work closely with our Senior leaders to elevate the performance and productivity of our client-facing teams.
In this role, you will lead initiatives to optimise our internal processes, drive the automation of tasks, and lead the development and implementation of a streamlined hiring and onboarding experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking performance targets across the team, supporting them to achieve quarterly/annual objectives and deliver a great experience and value to our clients.
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Seek opportunities and own initiatives to reduce manual tasks from our delivery and growth teams
- Analyse existing data to identify opportunities for operational enhancements and efficiencies
- Ensure efficient and effective allocation of team resources in line with proactive pipeline targets and planning
- Own the reporting of team's performance vs targets, lead or support investigations and/or resolutions
- Support our account leads to ensure account plans are up to date, and client risk log is maintained and managed.
- Support the team in coordinating and communicating responses to clients in line with our incident management plan
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

- You are a problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach.
- Experience in a growing SaaS and/or professional services company
- Proven experience of working cross-functionally in a complex, fast paced environment.
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Project management skills with experience in change management, processes optimisation and stakeholder management
- You are passionate about our products and improving people’s lives and the NHS
- Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a hands-on and out-of-the-box mindset

Salary banding for this role is: £40,000 - £50,000
