We are seeking a highly experienced Process Transformation Lead (P2P/R2R) to drive the stabilisation and transformation of the global P2P and R2R processes post-outsourcing. This role is responsible for identifying, analysing, and resolving process and control issues, ensuring operational stability, and leading transformation initiatives to deliver a cost-efficient, accurate, and scalable process operating model.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive review of the current P2P/R2R processes, controls, and governance frameworks.
- Identify root causes of process inefficiencies and control weaknesses, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with outsourcing partners and internal stakeholders to resolve service delivery issues.
- Establish KPIs and SLAs to monitor stabilisation progress.
- Design and implement a future-state global operating model focused on scalability, cost-efficiency, and accuracy.
- Lead process standardisation across geographies and business units.
- Automate manual processes through technology enablement (e.g., ERP enhancements, RPA).
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with global finance policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
- Lead process documentation, including process flows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and risk registers.
- Partner with senior finance, procurement, IT, and business leaders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Drive change management initiatives, including training, workshops, and communication plans.
- Act as the central point of contact for escalations and key decision-making in the P2P process area.
