JOB TITLE: Trolley Management Operative
LOCATION: Castlepoint Shopping Park - Bournemouth
HOURS OF WORK: 24 hours per week. THURS/FRI/SAT/SUN
Salary: £11.44 per hour
REPORTING TO: Cleaning Supervisor
Overview Of Job Description
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
This role may include a variety of tasks but specifically:
- To collect loose trolleys from all areas of the centre and secure them safely in the relevant areas for public use. To support cleaning team when required.
- To always wear laundered company uniform so that Castlepoint Shopping Park's' reputation for professionalism and quality is never compromised.
- To ensure that all work undertaken is strictly carried out in accordance with Castlepoint & ABM's Health and Safety procedures. Moreover, to demonstrate their commitment to the fact that each Castlepoint/ABM employee has a personal responsibility for their own health and safety and for that of persons who may be affected by their acts/or omissions.
- Whilst at work to effectively assist with the public in a friendly & professional manner.
- To carry out your duties as directed by the Supervisor. Moreover, to always consider the work undertaken and wherever opportunities for improvements to working practices exist, putting forward suggestions so that ‘continuous improvement' is the norm.
- To work in a proactive manner supporting/assisting colleagues whenever in a position to do so.
- To undertake ad hoc duties as directed/ operationally required.

- To ensure exemplary standards in respect of the trolley collection & distribution service provided at Castlepoint Shopping Park and customer service to the public are always delivered. Fellow colleagues are supported and assisted so that teamwork thrives.
- The post holder will be hardworking and committed to ensuring the highest standards are always adhered to. Professional always and proactively interacting with the public as required. A good team player.
