Role details
- Rate: Paying up to £43.00 per hour via an umbrella company
- Contract length: 3 months (ongoing)
- Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (09:00am to 17:00pm)
The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 in Social Care hold an enhanced DBS in last three years, supporting vulnerable learning disabilities and autistics individuals.
Duties will include:
- Supporting the Regional Service Manager to ensure all services meet regulatory and organisational standards
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality-of-service delivery and the experiences of people supported by the organisation
- Implementing quality improvement projects and initiatives based on audit findings, and work collaboratively to develop and embed best practice that ensures safety, high-quality service delivery
- Aligning quality assurance practices with the organisations goals to support elderly clients with learning disabilities ad complex needs
- Ensuring health and safety of the properties are satisfactory to the company policies and procedures and organisation repairs
- Ensuring that services enable individuals to live with greater independence, more choice, and enhanced access to their communities
