Our client has strengths within the capital markets field and effectively advises a large client base on a comprehensive array of matters within both the debt and equity capital markets space including high yield and general corporate matters. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an outstanding team and advise on a broad range of transactions.

An excellent academic background (JD or LLM) and a proven track record are pre-requisites. They are specifically looking for candidates coming from other top US or international law firms whether in the UK already or coming from an international jurisdiction.
