About Us

The End User Compute and Collaboration team is responsible for providing and supporting all Home Office end-user services. This includes devices, applications, and critical services like:

💻 Laptops and mobile phones

📞 Contact centre platforms

📹 Video conferencing tools

📂 M365 applications: MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive

You’ll work in a fast-paced delivery environment - either across multiple smaller products or dedicated to a larger programme. Your research will inform policy, propositions, services, content, and interactions, ensuring they meet user needs and achieve policy goals.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, design, and conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviours.
• Translate findings into actionable insights that shape digital services.
• Lead on research moderation, analysis, and generating outputs.
• Ensure accessibility by including participants with diverse needs in research.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (designers, product owners) to define research questions and prioritise findings.
