The Role

We are seeking a creative and dynamic individual to join our team as an Videographer, Photographer, Events Planner, and Content Creator. Based in Media City, Manchester with regular travel to our Liverpool Office (2/3 days per week), this role combines hands-on videography and photography with event planning and content creation to deliver engaging materials that reflect our brands identity and promote our properties and services.

Responsibilities To Include

• Videography & Photography
• Capture and produce high-quality video content, including property tours, events, and tenant experiences.
• Conduct professional photo shoots for properties, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Edit and optimise video and photo content for use across multiple platforms.
• Event Planning & Coordination
• Organise and manage on-site events, including tenant move-in days, student celebration events, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Content Creation & Management
• Develop engaging content tailored to different audiences for use on social media, websites, and promotional materials.
• Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone and quality.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to align content strategies with business objectives.
• Show home dressing
• Dress and style apartments as required to ensure they look at their best for content, adverts and viewings
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography, photography, and event planning.
• Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing software (Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with the property industry is an advantage.
• Full UK driving licence is essential for this position

Department Marketing

Location - Manchester, with regular days working in our Liverpool Office

Contract type - Permanent

Hours -favourableworking hours of 9.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 9.30am - 4.30pm Friday

Salary - We offer a competitive salary, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and additional paid time off over Christmas. We also give our staff complimentary use of our on site gyms as well as many social events, awards ceremonies and treats throughout the year.
