About The Role
Working 4 on 4 off, 7am to 7pm, this role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the timely dispatch of customer orders.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Safely operate a FLT counterbalance to load and unload trailers.
- Allocate stock accurately to customer orders and prepare for dispatch.
- Conduct regular stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to ensure a safe and tidy workspace.
About You
Candidates must have a valid FLT counterbalance license, warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team. Good physical condition is required due to manual handling. The role involves working in a small, flexible team in a fast-paced environment, often collaborating with colleagues but also working alone when necessary. Candidates should be comfortable interacting with customers and drivers during unloading and loading, driven to learn and adapt to company needs, and take pride in their work and contributions to team goals.
