At MinaLima, your primary focus will be on the day-to-day management, content updates and curation of our e-commerce platform across end-to-end customer journeys.
You will be overseeing the content production and maintenance of the site, ensuring the website is fresh and engaging. Curious about web technologies and staying up to date with the latest developments, you will be responsible for curating customer journeys across all devices, optimising UX and traffic, and coordinating page build and other CMS support for product launches, marketing and wider retail needs.
As a creative and retail business, we have ambitious omni-channel growth plans and you have the opportunity to support the proposal for re-platforming in 2026, working with our retail, branding and marketing teams, and the Managing Director.
This is the ideal role for someone who loves the combination of science and magic to be part of the team who created the graphic universe for Harry Potter.
The Business:
Welcome to Minalima! Founded in 2009 by Miraphora Mina and Eduardo Lima, the graphic designers who imagined and created the graphic universe of the Harry Potter™ film series for Warner Bros. Their partnership has flourished through all the subsequent films with their prop designs inspiring a range of their own merchandise products and art prints. This has enabled our Retail arm “The Art Printorium” to continue to expand and we are now a very successful small business with robust international growth plans.
Your Role:
- Content creation & management: Create engaging copy, imagery, video, etc., including product photography. Ensure quality and branding standards are met. Manage website content schedule. Conduct regular audits of the website to ensure content accuracy and functionality.
- Production: Manage day-to-day updates, promotions, and general site upkeep. Work closely with external web developers to quickly solve issues, make improvements and coordinate required updates in-line with wider business needs.
- UI/UX design: Design the UI and UX of the website, carrying out strategic thinking and providing technical analysis & specifications for feature work. Oversee and manage projects from end to end.
- Tracking and analysis: Use content analytics and data sources to analyse website performance and provide insights to guide decision-making.
- Project Management: Manage budgets, timelines and project scheduling for an evolving website. Collaborate across teams to ensure trading priorities, marketing tactics & onsite conversion meet commercial targets.
- People management: Manage the Junior Web Design & Production role.
Requirements:
- Minimum experience 4- 5 years as a Web Producer, Web Manager, or a similar role with a strong portfolio of successful projects
- Strong creative skills, as well as a good understanding of UI/UX design, web development, content creation and management, SEO and analytics (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics)
- Technical understanding of web technologies, HTML and CSS desirable
- In depth CMS experience, preferably with knowledge of WordPress and WooCommerce
- Collaborative skills working closely with the retail team to drive and support the company vision and strategy delivery
- Intellectual Property and rights awareness and enthusiasm for Harry Potter is a bonus
- Experience within retail/e-commerce trading environment
- Highly competent with Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and other creative programmes e.g. Figma
- Detail-oriented, organised and with good time management skills – able to work across multiple projects at once in a high-paced environment
- Experience with web analytics tools
- Knowledge of cookie consent requirements and website compliance factors

The details:
- Web Producer
- Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) 9 am to 6 pm.
- Hybrid working: within our Soho, London studio (fully in-office during probation period)
- Must have: the Right to Work in the UK
