About The Role
We are looking for a proactive Workday Senior Associate to support multiple Workday domains and manage ticketing operations. The role involves supporting Payroll, Compensation and Benefits activities primarily, but may extend to other domains & leveraging digital tools like Alteryx to enhance processes.
As an analyst, your role will be to collaborate with the product SME and key stakeholders to support products and projects across the team, assisting with the gathering, validating, and documenting various system information and requirements. The successful candidate for this role will support in ensuring that the operational delivery of systems is carried out smoothly and successfully. In addition you would be supporting the wider team members on other technology products and testing, ticket management and implementation projects where required.
You will be involved in ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimisation strategies using a design thinking approach. You will be expected to apply practical and creative problem solving, and focus on understanding customer/business need to come up with possible solutions and facilitate the implementation of those solutions.
You will be managing incidents within the workday landscape, supporting stakeholder communication management, facilitating response teams and identifying root cause of issues, next steps and business continuity management.
What your days will look like
- Provide expertise and support for multiple Workday domains, including HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Workday configurations and solutions.
- Utilise Alteryx & automation tools to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest Workday releases and enhancements.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in Workday processes and contribute to system upgrades and enhancements
- Manage and resolve Tech-related tickets efficiently.
- Use Alteryx, automation tools, and Power BI to streamline workflows and create insightful reports.
The Skills And Experience We Are Looking For
- Strong knowledge of Workday related modules.
- Experience with ticket management and technical issue resolution.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Alteryx & Automation tools
